14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@robinandjesper.com from the address you used at purchase, or use the refund link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

EU and EEA consumers: right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because our courses are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you will be asked to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this waives the statutory withdrawal right. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies in full, so in practice you keep a 14-day refund window regardless.

After 14 days

Purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of demonstrable abuse, for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or downloading content and then requesting a refund.
