Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of robinandjesper.com (the "Service") and the online courses sold through it. The Service is operated by Robin & Jesper LTD, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (company number HE 396002), with registered office at Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus, VAT CY 10396002I. In these Terms we call it "Robin & Jesper," "we," or "us."

By using the Service or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

2. Purchases and payment

Course purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd and Paddle.com Inc. ("Paddle"). Paddle is the seller of record, so your purchase contract is with Paddle. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes (VAT and sales tax), invoicing, and payment support under Paddle's Buyer Terms. We deliver the course content and provide course support.

3. License to course content

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the course for your own learning. You may not share your account, redistribute, resell, record, or publicly display course content. We may revoke access if you violate these Terms. If we revoke access without cause within 14 days of purchase, you will be refunded.

4. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms. In short, there is a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked, processed through Paddle.

5. Educational content: no earnings guarantee

Our courses are educational. We teach methods, tools, and workflows for business automation and marketing. We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, income, savings, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, market conditions, and third-party platforms. Any examples, figures, or case studies are illustrative, not promises. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, or tax advice.

6. Third-party tools and affiliate links

Courses reference third-party tools and services, such as hosting providers, AI platforms, and automation tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing, which may change. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. We mark affiliate links as such wherever they appear. We recommend tools we use and consider suitable, but you are responsible for your own purchasing decisions, and alternatives exist for every tool we present.

7. Accounts

Course access requires an account authenticated by email (a magic link). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and for activity under your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully. You must not share, scrape, or redistribute course content, interfere with or probe the Service, upload malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and all course content are owned by Robin & Jesper LTD or its licensors. Purchasing a course grants only the license in Section 3. No ownership transfers to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and course content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service or a course will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Robin & Jesper LTD and its officers, employees, and agents against claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Paphos, Cyprus. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date will change, and we will highlight material changes where the law requires it.
